Leslie Lawrence

Leslie joined ISSS in the Summer of 2017 after completing her masters in Higher Education and Student Affairs at the University of Connecticut. She holds a B.A. and B.S. from the University of Rhode Island in French and Textiles, Merchandising and Design. Leslie studied in Paris, and lived in Avignon, France where she taught English. She has traveled in western Europe, central Asia, and the Middle East. She speaks French and bit of German. Leslie helps with supporting annual events for international students and scholars on the Storrs campus and advising students and scholars at Storrs and the School of Law. She loves connecting with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
Who does Leslie advise? Leslie advises all international students and visiting scholars at the School of Law and is a point of contact for sponsored J-1 students (e.g. Fulbright, USAID, IREX) within the departments she advises.
